Using FOUR

You may use FOUR if you can form a binding contract where you live, and if you are at least 13. You are responsible for what you create with it and for the people who appear in it.

Your content is yours

You keep every right you have in the photos and strips you make. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. We cannot see them: they are on your device.

What you agree not to do

• Photograph people without their knowledge in places where they expect privacy.
• Use FOUR to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Use FOUR for anything illegal where you are.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.

Purchases

FOUR is free to take, keep, and share strips. Optional premium features may be sold as a subscription through the App Store. Apple handles billing, renewal, and refunds; manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Your data, your responsibility

Because FOUR stores strips on your device, deleting the app, losing the device, or wiping it will lose them. Save anything you would be upset to lose to your photo library.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue something that you have paid for, you may be entitled to a refund through Apple.

As-is

FOUR is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost photos, beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.
